Holz Motors is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Part-Time Temporary HR & Payroll Clerk to assist with daily HR activities, payroll data entry, and administrative tasks. What You'll Do:
- Assist with day-to-day Human Resources activities
- Perform payroll data entry and assist with payroll-related tasks
- Help maintain accurate employee records and files
- Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding
- Help with employee documentation and HR administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information
- Complete designated administrative tasks after payroll is completed
- Assist with various HR projects and assignments
- Support the HR department with other duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation is required
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with computers and entering data accurately
- Professional communication skills
- Able to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn HR and payroll processes
- Previous HR or payroll experience is not required
- Students interested in HR, Business, Accounting, or a related field are encouraged to apply
- Schedule & Pay$17.00 per hour
- Part-time, under 20 hours per week

- Must be available to work between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PMSchedule will be based on business needs and candidate availability
