Apply for this role →Vocational SpecialistMDX Global is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Vocational Specialist to join our team. This unique position combines business development, project coordination, and employee support and supervision. This is more than a traditional business development role. What You'll Do:
Develop relationships with local businesses and pursue new contract work opportunities.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing business partners.
Coordinate incoming projects, deadlines, and client expectations.
Oversee and support Packers while they complete assigned work.
Monitor workplace safety, work quality, productivity, and project completion.
Support Packers in developing strong workplace skills and habits.
Track business outreach, projects, and work activities.
Proactively pursue new business opportunities during periods of limited production work.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in business development, job development, vocational services, sales, recruiting, workforce development, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence reaching out to businesses and developing new professional relationships.
Strong organization, initiative, and follow-through.
Supervisory, training, or coaching experience preferred.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Range:
