Senior Contracts Lead, Asset Management (Clean Energy)

Avantus in San Diego, CA, seeks a Senior Contracts Manager in Asset Management to lead negotiation, drafting and structuring O&M and asset management agreements for PV and BESS projects. You will coordinate with legal, engineering, tax, procurement, accounting and construction teams, onboarding and coordinating with period contractors, and oversee obligations from negotiation through start of services and beyond.
