We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead user research initiatives that inform product strategy, improve user experiences, and support data-driven design decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to translate research findings into actionable product recommendations. Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle. Define research objectives, methodologies, participant profiles, and research plans. Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, and other research studies. Analyze user behavior, feedback, and research data to identify key insights and opportunities. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product, design, and engineering teams. Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders. Create research reports, personas, journey maps, usability findings, and presentations. Communicate research insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Help establish and improve UX research processes, standards, and best practices. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a strong research culture.6+ years of experience in UX Research, User Research, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.~ Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.~ Expertise in user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral research.~ Experience with research and analytics tools such as User Testing, Qualtrics, Maze, Dovetail, or similar platforms.~ Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and design teams.~ Ability to translate complex research data into clear, actionable insights.~ Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and product development processes. Experience conducting research for web and mobile applications. Experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and experimentation. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Degree in UX Research, HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.
