The VP will lead the Pricing Center of Excellence, standardize pricing processes, and develop a talent strategy to enhance the pricing team's skills. Cross-functional leadership is essential, as the role involves partnering with various teams to ensure the pricing strategy aligns with financial goals and supports the overall business. Applicants for the Vice President of Global Pricing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 15 years' in pricing leadership, revenue management, or related areas, particularly in a global B2B industrial or manufacturing environment, is required. Experience with pricing technology and platforms, particularly Pricefx, is a plus.
