The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be or willing to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 180 days of hire. Experience working with children with autism, behavioral challenges, or varying disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, organize, and implement responsibilities effectively and establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, other professionals, staff, and the public. Credential Requirement: -Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent. -CA Career Technical Education Designated Subjects Credential in the Health Science and Medical Terminology Industry Sector with ELA1 or CLAD.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - A minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience is desirable, preferably in Career Technical Education. - Valid California Driver's LicensePLEASE NOTE - ALL SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS REQUIRE ORIGINAL INK SIGNATURES (NO E-SIGNATURES ACCEPTED).Credential Copy (Detailed copy from CTC website) Letter of Introduction (Original Ink Signature Required (NO e-signatures accepted).)Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two letters written and dated within the last two years with original ink signature required (NO e-signatures accepted).)Resume Comments and Other InformationPLEASE NOTE - One open position Total hours - 14 hours per week - M-Th 5:00pm - 8:30pm Due to the high volume of applications received, only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted by the hiring administrators with details regarding interviews.
