Requirements
Licensure: Must hold a valid license to practice dentistry in the State of Oregon. Mindset: You must be highly coachable, resilient, and possess a "team-first" mentality. Job Description: Comprehensive Clinical Care: Provide high-quality dental care to a steady, immediate stream of patients using state-of-the-art technology (CBCT, iTero, and digital imaging).Growth-Oriented Practice: Engage in aggressive clinical coaching and mentorship to accelerate your confidence and speed without sacrificing patient outcomes. Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside high-performing teams to implement proven systems that optimize patient flow and practice efficiency. Community Integration: Build lasting relationships with patients in the Medford community, focusing on long-term health and education.
