Work Environment:
This position is conducted in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to engage with clients. You will be working primarily with adult clients, conducting sessions from the comfort of your own home, which promotes a flexible work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to understand their unique needs, mental health goals, and personal backgrounds.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic practices, ensuring that client care is tailored to their specific circumstances.
Facilitate virtual therapy sessions providing support, guidance, and coping techniques to help clients overcome their challenges.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with regulatory guidelines, reflecting the progress and evolution of treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client FocusThe Bridge Way Therapy is dedicated to serving a diverse population of adult clients facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this position.
An active and valid professional license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) in the state of California.
A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, allowing for a broad understanding of client needs and therapeutic strategies.
Preferred Experience:
While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth practices or those who have worked in community health settings may be prioritized. Familiarity with presenting client data in a digital format is advantageous in this remote role.
Compensation and Benefits:
