WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Budtender, you're the primary point of contact for every guest who walks through our door - people who are new to cannabis, people managing real health challenges, and people who just want a trusted recommendation. We take that seriously, and we train you to do it well. On a day-to-day basis, you'll: Welcome and serve guests in a warm, professional, and non-judgmental way - every time, no exceptions Ask the right questions to understand what a guest is actually looking for, then make product recommendations based on their needs Process transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace Stay current on products, strains, and cannabis education Follow all Missouri DHSS-DCR regulations and Vibe City compliance standards on every transaction, without exception Contribute to a team that solves problems without blame and never stops looking for ways to improveWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required: Must be 21 or older - Missouri state licensing requirement, no exceptions High school diploma or GEDAbility to pass a background check and obtain a Missouri DHSS-DCR Facility Agent ID before your first day on the floor (we walk you through the process - it takes a little time, not a lot of effort)Availability for rotating shifts including evenings and weekends Strong communication skills - you don't need to be an extrovert, but you do need to be a genuine listener Preferred (not required - we train):Prior retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience Familiarity with cannabis products, categories, or Missouri dispensary regulations Experience with a point-of-sale system What we're really hiring for: reliability, integrity, and genuine curiosity. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: $17.30/hr to start Quarterly Revenue Bonus - earn more as the store grows 3 days/week · 12-hour shifts · 36–40 hours/week Full-time employees receive: Medical Insurance: Angle Health (Cigna network) - Vibe City pays 50% of the employee-only premium on HDHP plan.
