Customer Service/Warehouse Associate

Location: Denver, CO Pay: $22 - $26 per hour DOE – Weekly Pay Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day ShiftAbout the Role Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing supplier in the waterproofing industry. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders and estimates, coordinating deliveries, and serving as a knowledgeable resource on products and solutions while supporting daily branch

Responsibilities: Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email with product inquiries, orders, and technical estimates, sales orders, deliveries, and customer accounts accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory availability.

What We're Looking For: Previous customer service, inside sales, or order processing experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to learn technical product knowledge and provide solutions-based customer support.
