Job Description: Hi, I'm currently looking for a few motivated real estate agents who would like to get into new construction sales and join our on-site team at Star Lake Crossing, located near 272nd and Military Road, while also benefiting from the upcoming launch of our new 41-home Rainier Meadows community in Orting. We have a great opportunity coming up at Star Lake. We will soon have approximately seven completed homes, plus additional homes at the foundation stage, giving us both move-in-ready inventory and pre-sale opportunities.
Compensation:
  • If you work 3 days per week, you'll receive $1,000 per Star Lake closing when the home is sold by another team member or an outside agent.
  • If you work 2 days per week, you'll receive $500 per Star Lake closing.
  • And if you personally sell the home, instead of the door, you receive the full 2% selling-side compensation.
  • Your Leads Are Your LeadsThis is one of the things I really like about this opportunity.
  • Any prospects you personally develop while working on-site are your leads. If Star Lake doesn't have the right home for them and they decide to buy a resale home or something elsewhere, you are welcome to continue working with them.
  • We do not take a referral or percentage from those transactions.
  • Rainier Meadows – Starting Pre-Sales in September
  • We are also preparing to launch Rainier Meadows, a new 41-home community in downtown Orting.
  • We're doing something different with this community. Instead of waiting approximately six months for the model home to be completed before we begin selling, we are putting in approximately 20 foundations and plan to begin marketing and taking pre-sales in September.
  • All of the Rainier Meadows information will also be available at Star Lake Crossing, so we expect Star Lake to generate traffic from buyers interested in both communities.
  • If you meet a buyer interested in Rainier Meadows, you are welcome to take that buyer and work with them in Orting. There is no $1,000/$500 door on Rainier Meadows, but that buyer becomes an additional opportunity for you to build your own business.
  • For the right agent, this is much more than covering a model home. It's an opportunity to learn new construction, earn additional income, build your own buyer pipeline, and get involved with a brand-new community before the model even opens.
