Alternate Compliance Officer

Support the Compliance Officer in implementing, monitoring and maintaining the Company's Compliance Framework and AML/CFT/CPF Programme. Monitor and analyze remittance, bill-payment, digital wallet/e-money and other transactions to identify unusual, suspicious or potentially non-compliant activity. Apply and monitor KYC/eKYC, Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements, including PEP and sanctions screening. Review suspected fraudulent transactions, support investigations and identify emerging fraud typologies and risk-mitigation measures. Conduct risk-based due diligence, reviews and audits of agents, merchants and other applicable third parties. Assist with regulatory submissions, examinations, inspections, supervisory reviews and compliance-control testing. Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports and support internal and external audits. Help maintain compliance policies, procedures and controls and deliver AML/CFT/CPF, fraud, sanctions and KYC/eKYC training.
