School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Oxford Area School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) for the 2026-2027 school year. $5,000 -Sign on bonus: Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. Bonus of $2,500: 1stinstallment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals. Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.

Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development. Extensive knowledge of data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere. Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
