Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)To support a global procurement transformation, the part-time Senior Supplier Enablement Specialist will automate supplier communications, onboard suppliers to the global portal, and implement catalogs and cXML processes remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and run supplier communication workflows using Power Automate, including campaign emails and follow-ups
Prepare and manage supplier surveys and cXML questionnaires, driving participation through follow-ups
Troubleshoot catalog files, cXML connections, and supplier portal issues while providing guidance to enablement contractors
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Power Automate and building cXML, PunchOut, and hosted catalogs
Experience with supplier portals, preferably Coupa Supplier Portal
Strong supplier communication and stakeholder-management skills
3-5 years of experience in procurement or supplier enablement
Fluent written and spoken English
