Pay: $25-$30/hour, DOEWe're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to help manage daily shipment activity and keep carriers, customers, and internal teams on track. This is a fast-paced role where communication, follow-through, and the ability to solve problems quickly are key. This position requires previous 3rd-shift experience. Candidates without 3rd-shift experience will not be considered. Schedule details: - Tuesday 11:00 PM - Wednesday 7:30 AM - Wednesday 11:00 PM - Thursday 7:30 AM - Thursday 11:00 PM - Friday 7:30 AM - Friday 11:00 PM - Saturday 7:30 AM - Saturday 11:00 PM - Sunday 7:30 AM - Off Sunday and Monday, returning Monday night at 11:00 PMJob Requirements Minimum Security Clearance: None

What You'll Do: Coordinate carrier shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Monitor inbound and outbound shipments using logistics tracking tools and systems Communicate with carriers, shippers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status Identify and proactively resolve delays, issues, and scheduling changes Review and update shipping documents, including purchase orders, bills of lading, and invoices Work closely with Operations, Client Success, and Dispatch to keep shipments moving smoothly Track logistics activity and identify opportunities to improve scheduling, documentation, and costs Follow and help improve standard operating procedures for tracking, communication, and scheduling

Required: Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with technology, including Excel, email, and logistics software Previous 3rd-shift experience is required

Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, coordination, or operations Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Experience with ARRIVEnow or similar logistics/tracking platforms Bilingual English/SpanishA proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address issues before they become bigger problems
