Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Job Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $50,000-52,000 annually

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, payments, and monthly statement reconciliations. Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, and required documentation. Respond to vendor and client accounting inquiries regarding payments. Process client billing, draws, incoming payments, and subcontractor payments. Manage lien waivers, credit applications, and related paperwork. Reconcile company credit card transactions and process employee reimbursements.
