Chief Marketing Officer & Equity Partner

The Opportunity: True Partnership This is not an agency management gig or a standard corporate marketing role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Partner with genuine skin in the game. You will own the voice, aesthetics, reputation, and pipeline generation for Friday Force from the ground up. Because this is a co-founding executive role, the compensation structure is heavily equity-weighted, designed for a creative leader who wants substantial ownership and outsized upside in building a category-defining brand. What You’ll DoArchitect an Iconic Brand: Build the visual identity, narrative, and brand ethos of Forcivate and Friday Force from scratch, establishing market presence and authority. Master the Deep Tech Narrative: Translate complex, low-level technical concepts (such as SLMs, edge AI, and high-performance architectures) into compelling, creative stories that captivate enterprise buyers, press, and the developer community. Drive Inbound Lead Generation: Architect creative, multi-channel demand-generation funnels, content marketing programs, and performance campaigns that consistently deliver high-intent leads. Lead Category Creation & Awareness: Position Friday Force not just as another AI tool, but as the frontrunner of a new technological standard through PR, thought leadership, digital campaigns, and community building. Creative Direction & Content: Direct top-tier creative output across web design, video, digital storytelling, whitepapers, social platforms, and executive keynote presence. Who You AreFounder Mindset: You treat the brand as your own equity. You have high taste, radical autonomy, and the appetite to build something massive from the ground up. Deep Creative Instincts + Analytical Backbone: You understand how great design, sharp copywriting, and emotional resonance build brand equity, while staying obsessed with lead velocity, conversion rates, and acquisition metrics. Tech-Literate Storyteller: You love tech. You can grasp deep tech concepts like Small Language Models and transform them into messaging that cuts through AI noise and market skepticism. Full-Spectrum Brand & Lead Builder: You can define a high-level creative vision and roll up your sleeves to write the headline, direct the product video, or launch the campaign yourself. Proven Leadership Track Record: Prior experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Creative Director within high-growth B2B tech, AI, or innovation-focused agencies. What’s on Offer Significant Equity Ownership: A founding-level equity stake aligned with long-term company valuation and impact. Creative Autonomy: Complete ownership of brand strategy, voice, creative direction, and campaign execution. Ground-Floor Influence: A permanent seat at the executive table shaping company culture, positioning, and market presence.
