Medical Device Assembler

Shift: 1st Shift, M-F 7 am - 3:30 pm

Job Summary: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for a variety of product assembly, inspection, testing, operation of equipment/tools, and material/component processing tasks to meet production schedules.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently meet all production work requirements assigned by following operating procedures and work instructions. Operate necessary equipment to meet required Production schedules. Assemble, package, and label products as required; accurately complete production recording as required. Perform required inspection and quality checks; complete required documentation as outlined by process, and inspection sheets, work instructions, and the document traceability. Inspect finished and in-process product for dimensional and cosmetic attributes according to defined specifications Complete rework, as necessary, on products rejected by process in the specification. Work with other production areas, as necessary, to resolve quality problems.
