A growing nationwide insurance brokerage is hiring entry-level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for its Scottsdale office. No insurance experience or license needed. Why this role is different No cold calling. Every lead comes from our mortgage, real estate, and referral partners. These are people already shopping for insurance who expect to hear from us. We pay for your insurance license and train you to pass. No waiting period to advance. When you show you're ready, you move into a licensed Insurance Account Executive role, whether that's in 3 months or 9.No outbound calls once you're licensed. As an Account Executive, you work with customers who are handed to you, not people you have to chase. Real earning potential. Account Executives here can earn $100,000+.
Pay & benefits:
  • $44,000–$50,000 first-year earnings potential
  • Paid hourly at $21/hour (about $43,700 a year full-time), plus monthly performance bonuses of up to $500 Sales contests and incentives

  • Paid licensing, paid training, and ongoing coaching
  • What you'll do as an SDRMake 200–300 outbound calls a day to warm, referred leads
  • Learn about each customer's home, auto, or personal insurance needs
  • Hand qualified customers off to licensed Account Executives
  • Follow up by phone, text, and email with people who aren't ready yet
  • Track your activity in our CRMBuild your skills through daily coaching and training
  • You'll do well here if you
  • Have plenty of energy and are comfortable on the phone all day
  • Are competitive and motivated by goals and bonuses
  • Want your performance, not your tenure, to decide when you move upTake coaching well and show up consistently
