Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage all prime contract obligations ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for contract performance reporting and schedule submissions.
Serve as the primary liaison for contract-related correspondence and formal communications.
Maintain and manage a contract deliverables requirements matrix (CDRM).Review and interpret Federal Hub contract clauses and ensure compliance.
Track and administer RFI, submittal, and correspondence logs.
Lead contract modifications, change orders, and equitable adjustments.
Participate in project schedule reviews and assess contractual risks.
Conduct contract closeout activities, including final invoice reconciliation and documentation submission.
Requirements:
Experience in contract administration or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, compressed-timeline environment.
Valid non-restricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferences:
Experience with Federal Hub contracts.
Background in engineering or construction projects.
