Payroll Specialist

Have Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on payroll experience 1–2 recent years of hands-on Workday experience Experience with Workday Payroll or payroll-related processes Excellent Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables / Pivot ChartsVLOOKUPData analysis and reconciliation Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of payroll data Ability to analyze discrepancies, identify issues, and support accurate payroll processing and reporting Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Nice-to-Have Experience Payroll processing and reconciliation Payroll reporting and variance analysis Workday Time Tracking, Benefits, or Compensation Accounting or Finance experience Multi-state payroll Payroll-to-GL reconciliationSOX, audit, or internal controls experience Experience working with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Accounting teams Position Details

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
