Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI innovation by integrating advanced analytics into RWD strategy and decision-making processes
Develop and communicate a forward-looking RWD exploration strategy aligned with business priorities and pipeline goals
Monitor the global RWD ecosystem to identify and evaluate emerging data sources and technologies for strategic opportunitiesRequired Qualifications: Advanced degree in health research, life sciences, data science, or related field; PhD preferred
10+ years of experience in real-world healthcare data, data strategy, or market intelligence
Demonstrated experience with AI and advanced analytics in RWD or life sciences contexts
Proven ability to advise senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
Deep expertise in RWD sources and experience engaging with RWD vendors and data partners
