We’re building a brand centered on quality, professionalism, and an exceptional client experience, and we’re hiring a Lead Groomer to join us at the outset. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled groomer who wants independence, consistent routes, and the opportunity to grow with a local business. As Lead Groomer you will work independently in a well-equipped, modern grooming van and be responsible for delivering top-tier grooms while cultivating client relationships. You’ll represent The Velvet Collar in clients’ driveways, so presentation, courtesy, and excellent communication are critical. Beyond excellent technical skills, we want someone who is personable, dependable, and invested in pet and client care.
