Key Responsibilities: Provide thorough patient assessments to identify their therapeutic needs, establishing personalized care plans in coordination with the healthcare physician and patient care team. Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions focused on achieving patients' goals, enhancing functional mobility, and re-establishing independence. Implement and monitor treatment strategies, making adjustments based on patient performance and feedback, ensuring compliance with established care protocols. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the therapeutic process, including the proper use of exercises and equipment relevant to the therapy program. Manage a diverse caseload while prioritizing patient interactions, coordinating daily therapy sessions, and ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders involved in patient care. Document patient progress in accordance with healthcare regulations and professionalism, contributing to a collaborative effort in trackable patient outcomes. Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to stay updated with current practices in physical therapy and enhance the therapeutic experience. Patient Population / Client FocusOur patients range from young children to the elderly, each requiring customized therapeutic approaches to address orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment. Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with patients and their families. Strong organizational skills, ensuring effective caseload management.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in a similar setting is preferred, contributing to a solid foundation of expertise. Compensation and Benefits: Positive Visions Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
