Global Controller & CAO — SEC, SOX & Financial Strategy

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. seeks a Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer to lead CVG's global accounting organization and ensure integrity of consolidated financial statements, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This executive reports to the CFO, engages with the Audit Committee, and partners with Finance, Legal, Treasury and IT to deliver timely, accurate reporting in a multi‑currency environment.
