Salary:
Industry-leading Compensation Plan (50% to 70% Payout for Direct Hire; 50% Payout for Contract), W-2 Status with Excellent Employee Benefits (including matching 401-K, xhmxlyz Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans), Weekly Draw (no risk to employee) - *Illinois Equal Pay Act Pay range is $50,000 - $350,000 Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
