Wound Care Registered Nurse RN Salary: $53-56/hrWhat's in it for you as a Wound Care Registered Nurse RNGreat Work Environment Referral Program Wound care Registered Nurse RN Responsibilities Develops and implements a comprehensive Wound Care program in the facility which includes; care protocol, documentation process, and Wound Care formulary Directs clinical staff in assessing wounds and following the proper documentation process every step of the way Provides accurate assessments and numbers to the DON on a weekly basis for reporting Conducts on-going survey using Center of Disease Control (CDC) infection criteria, documentation, and investigation of acquired infections Performs other related job duties as requiredWound Care Registered Nurse RN Qualifications Graduate of an approved School of Nursing is requiredRN License in the State of New YorkWound Care Certification requiredWound care RN Nurse shifts- 3 days a week M, W, F
