Real Estate Paralegal: Closings & Title

The ONeil Search Group is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal for our New York office. Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of transactional experience, including financing, purchase and sales, and leasing. You will support attorneys through all stages of real estate transactions, with emphasis on title, survey, zoning diligence, and closing coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
