Job Description: Now Hiring: PCB Soldering Technician Milford, CT$18.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Temp-to-HireMonday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:40 PMRevere Staffing Partners is hiring a PCB Soldering Technician for one of our growing manufacturing clients in Milford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate need. If you have experience soldering printed circuit boards and are looking for a stable, full-time position, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Perform hand soldering on printed circuit boards (PCB) and electronic components
  • Assemble electronic products according to work instructions and specifications
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and basic documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
Qualifications:
  • Previous PCB soldering experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
