Safety Strategy Lead – Landfill & Rail Ops

Interstate Waste Services is seeking a Market Safety Director to lead all facets of safety across landfill, rail and short haul operations in the NY/NJ/OH markets. The role will drive health and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead field operations with strong leadership and collaboration. The position requires 10+ years in safety, CSP is a plus, and 25% travel to NY/NJ. The role reports to the Market Area VP of Landfill and aligns with corporate safety initiatives.
