What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead specialty, brand, biosimilar, and pharmaceutical portfolio strategy
- Build manufacturer partnerships and negotiate complex contracts
- Develop pricing, rebate, and value-based models
- Modernize contracting workflows using analytics, automation, and AILead cross-functional teams and identify new growth opportunities
About You:
- Bachelor’s required; master’s, PharmD, or pharmacy-related advanced degree preferred
- Deep pharmaceutical trade relations and contracting expertise
- Established manufacturer/biopharmaceutical relationshipsPSAO/PBM, GPO, rebate, market access, or specialty pharmacy expertise preferred
- Executive-level negotiation, leadership, analytical, and communication skills
