Mid-Level Life Sciences Licensing Associate

Overview: Experience is required in intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, and other technology transactions. The role involves IP support, including intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions within the life sciences sector. Candidates should be proficient in drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including intellectual property licenses (patent and trademark), joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance agreements, technology licenses, services agreements (including software as a service), and distribution agreements. While experience in adjacent fields will be considered, full consideration will be given primarily to experience that directly aligns with the core responsibilities and technical requirements of a licensing associate.
