VP, Insurance Structured Finance & Credit Solutions

Bain Capital Credit is seeking a Vice President to originate, structure and execute sophisticated fund and financing solutions for its insurance partners. You will own end-to-end transaction workstreams, from economic analysis to closing, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external rating agencies. You will build deep knowledge of insurers’ objectives, capital considerations and regulatory constraints, and mentor junior team members as part of a growing Private Credit Structuring
