Senior Manager, Partner-Delivered Customer Success

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to build and own a new scaled services capability delivered through outsourced partner organizations. You will manage 1–2 delivery partners, each staffing 40+ FTEs, to foster deep customer relationships and long-term success on our behalf. As a strategic leader, you’ll design and execute initiatives, scale operations efficiently, and drive customer engagement strategies across partner-delivered service models with a culture of excellence and collaboration.
