Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Community Health Impact

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved communities in Los Angeles. The role is in-person, Monday–Friday, with competitive compensation of $290K–$300K per year. The physician will join an integrated care team and provide comprehensive primary care, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination.
