Lean Transformation Leader Operations Excellence

MCC Label in Neenah, WI is seeking a senior Lean transformation leader to drive continuous improvement across plant operations. You will partner with site leadership to identify Kaizen events, prepare resources, and link Lean activities to business objectives. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or Operations Management, 3+ years leading lean initiatives in complex manufacturing, and a proven ability to change culture, deploy policy, and reduce cycle times across multiple lines.
