VP, Integrated Risk & Enterprise Risk Leader (Hybrid)

ING Americas in New York is seeking a Vice President (VP) of Integrated Risk to drive enterprise risk oversight, focusing on risk appetite, policy management, and governance. In-office attendance is required twice weekly. The role partners with stakeholders across the Americas to implement ERM, develop KRIs, and support regulatory examinations, while fostering a risk-aware culture and robust risk management practices.
