Medical/Aesthetic MA

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $18$22/hour

Who We Are: At Pediatric Offices at Willow Bend and Wellness at the Spa, we're passionate about providing exceptional care for pediatric, allergy and holistic spa patients in a warm, collaborative environment. We're currently seeking a Clinical/Aesthetic Medical Assistant who is personable, motivated, and eager to grow with a dynamic and compassionate team.

What You'll Do: Welcome and prepare patients for exams and procedures. Accurately obtain and record vitals and medical histories. Assist with Med Spa services including IV therapy and subcutaneous/IM injections. Administer medications and injections under provider supervision. Handle laboratory specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests. Provide exceptional Allergy care to children and adults. Coordinate appointments and maintain up-to-date patient records. Educate and support patients throughout their care journey. Help at the front desk as needed front office experience is a plus!

What You Bring: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred. Experience in a clinical or medical office setting a strong advantage. Familiarity with medical terminology and standard clinical practices. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, team-focused setting. Proficiency with EHR systems. Phlebotomy and IV skills.
