Fulfillment Associate

Job Description: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to daily work orders and customer requirements. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and finished goods. Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation. Print shipping labels, prepare packing slips, and process orders through carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).Support assembly or light kitting projects when needed for promotional or product bundle orders. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and presentation expectations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Assist with operational improvements as the fulfillment business grows, including helping implement new systems and processes. Work collaboratively with a small team to meet fulfillment goals and deadlines.
