Insurance Defense Attorney

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex insurance matters, including insurance litigation, risk assessment and analysis, and navigating intricate insurance issues ranging from first-party property claims to significant personal injury cases. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in maritime, energy, transportation, and general casualty litigation, as well as first- and third-party property litigation and insurance coverage matters. A strong understanding of the insurance industry is essential to effectively assist clients in resolving challenging insurance disputes. Experience representing domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in both first-party and third-party matters throughout the United States is highly valued. Trial experience is preferred.
