This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing litigation team representing leading financial institutions and service providers in complex business and commercial disputes.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing 2+ years of substantive litigation experience
- Experience with commercial litigation and the representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred
- Background defending matters under the FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members
- Strong writing ability, analytical skills, and professional judgment
- Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws
- Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts
- Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents
- Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $125,000 – $170,000, as determined by experience and market factors
