Key responsibilities:
Manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payments
Reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accounting standards while identifying process improvement opportunities
Prepare monthly accruals and support month-end close activities, serving as the primary contact for supplier inquiries
Required qualifications:
2-4+ years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy
