Controller

Key Responsibilities: • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close• Lead revenue recognition and technical accounting, including ASC 606 and ASC 842• Oversee multi-entity accounting and consolidated financial reporting• Manage the annual audit and external auditor relationships• Lead and develop the accounting team• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management• Drive accounting process, systems, controls, and reporting improvements• Support M&A and acquisition integration activities• Help centralize and scale the accounting organization Ideal Background:• Healthcare accounting experience required• Prior Controller-level experience with a strong hands-on accounting foundation• Strong GAAP, revenue recognition, close, and audit experience• Experience managing and developing accounting teams• Healthcare revenue cycle / reimbursement exposure strongly preferred• EMS/ambulance experience would be particularly attractive• Public accounting + industry experience is a plus• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is highly desirable📍 Location: Franklin / Brentwood, TN🏢 Schedule: Approximately 4 days per week in office Why Explore It?
