Director, Tasting Room & Wine Club Experience

South Coast Winery Resort & Spa and Carter Estate Winery and Resort are seeking an accomplished Director of Tasting & Wine Club Operations. This leadership role oversees the Tasting Room, Wine Clubs, Gift Shops, Online Stores, and member experiences across both luxury winery properties. You will develop and execute strategies that elevate guest experiences while maximizing wine club growth, retail sales, and operational excellence.
