Youth Transition Coach (Part-Time)

Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a Youth Support Specialist in Nashua, NH on a part-time basis. You will develop supportive relationships with adolescents as they transition to adulthood and provide one-on-one guidance for youth with disabilities and at-risk individuals. The role includes educational support, career coaching, and fostering social health and wellness within the community. Requires a driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, and 2 years of experience.
