Qualifications & Responsibilities Must have DDS or DMD from accredited schoolExcellent communication skillsCurrent active licenseAbility to communicate effectively with our team regarding treatment plansAbility to educate patients and parents on proper oral health careDiagnose and provide appropriate dental treatmentLeadership skillsDesire to help patients live a healthy lifestyleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with Curve and other database programs (preferred) Experience with in-office milling (preferred) Willingness to learn new areas of dentistrySelf-motivatedUpholding ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care and our practice guidelines. Ability to perform exams and evaluate x-rays to determine a patient's health.
