PCC - Pointer Cleaner Caulker - Masonry Restoration

Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated PCC (Pointer, Cleaner, Caulker) for a full-time role specializing in masonry restoration. Responsibilities include performing brick, stone, and mortar repairs, cleaning masonry surfaces, applying caulking to cracks and joints, and ensuring the structural integrity and visual appeal of restored surfaces. Additional tasks involve using industry-standard tools and techniques with a focus on safety and efficiency. This is an on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications: Proficiency in pointing, cleaning, and caulking techniques specific to masonry restoration Experience in operating masonry tools and equipment safely and effectively Physical strength and stamina to work in various outdoor conditions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high craftsmanship Ability to interpret project plans and communicate effectively with team members Previous experience in masonry or a related field is highly desirable Knowledge of industry safety standards and practices Willingness to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN, and adhere to the required schedule
