Key Responsibilities Include:
Completing service requests in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Assisting with apartment turns, including repairs and preventive maintenance Maintaining grounds, common areas, and curb appeal Troubleshooting and diagnosing maintenance issues Following safety procedures and company policies Participating in on-call rotations as required We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and committed to providing an excellent resident experience through quality service and professionalism.
