Under the direction of the pastor, help with:functions related to current, or potential volunteers (screening / Application agreements - NDA), or applicants for ordainmentcontacting current or potential volunteers, or potential future religious or educational leaders and pastoral counselorsorganize papers, review - organize file application materials. Organize, coordinate or generate volunteer appreciation certificatestrack volunteer hours and prepare for approval signatures Ordainment Coordination would involve current opportunities, development of opportunities, interviewing, organize - file - relay applications, papers, training materials, tests and any other related to volunteers or applicants Organizing the ordainment installations, functions, appreciation, and eventscertificates of appreciation, ordainment or any other necessary documentother functions related to current or future volunteers and leaders
