Flexible OT (PRN) – Home Health Mobility & Independence

Trilogy Home Healthcare Tampa Office is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a PRN/Per Diem basis, serving Southern Hillsborough County (Sun City Center, Ruskin, and surrounding areas). The OT will provide in-home therapy to improve mobility and independence, collaborating with doctors and the clinical team. Requirements include a Florida OT license, 1+ year OT experience (home health preferred), and a valid Florida driver’s license with vehicle insurance.
